Anytime tickets are refundable if the service you planned to travel on is delayed or cancelled, and you choose not to travel.

If you board a train without a ticket and reservation for that service, a new ticket must be purchased.

Please note that changes to 'Advance' fares cannot be made on-board the train. You will have to pay any difference in fare and an admin fee of £10 per ticket.
