I probably won't often read on my laptop but it provides a really useful way of taking notes and doing schoolwork, research using books or pdf's you're writing or researching. except it is on a bigger screen and in color (my Kindle is the Paperwhite B&W version). Looks just like the Kindle you know and love. You have to sign into your Amazon account to see your books, obviously.
The third time I downloaded the program from Amazon again - involves "purchasing" a new copy for $0, which feels a little counterintuitive. Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2020įor some unknowable reason my initial download installed but failed to run correctly (Windows 10).
